This is Julie. Mark wanted me to post a quick update for everyone. We had a good conversation this morning - short, but at least I could actually hear him 
He is doing great. Right now they are in Capetown until Tuesday when they will leave for Zambia.
He is sleeping a bit better he said - probably starting to get his internal clock adjusted. Please continue to pray for safety and that he will be able to sleep.

We are praying and thinking about your team. Jenny & Rob have friends and her father is a pastor in South Africa so they were excited to hear you were there. Also very excited about your children, W-Boy & B-Girl.

Great news, and what an amazing adventure even in these early stages. I’m praying for you, Mark; for your family too.
